When you visit our website, we only collect personal information from you (such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) if you voluntarily provide it to us. Consolidated Credit does not share personal information with any third parties except as required to provide our services. The nature of our services requires Consolidated Credit to disclose personal information to creditors. Consolidated Credit may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Consolidated Credit’s uses disclosed herein. If Consolidated Credit refers a customer to a third party for advice or services Consolidated Credit does not provide, it will share that customer’s personal information with the third party after the customer agrees to use such services.

We may engage parties located in the United States to help provide our services, but any customer personal information they collect or view remains on servers that reside in Canada.


Personal information is stored in a combination of paper and electronic files. They are protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.


Individuals may review their personal information contained in Consolidated Credit files by contacting the Consolidated Credit privacy officer. If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.


Consolidated Credit uses third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Consolidated Credit’s web site uses a web analytics service that may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as any text you type in the website. The Web analytics software does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in the website. Web analytics software does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use our Web analytics services. We use the information collected by a web services analytics provider to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. We may also use anonymous information about visitors to this and other websites that subscribe to this service, in order to improve our products and services.


Consolidated Credit may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how Consolidated Credit uses or discloses personal information already held by Consolidated Credit in a material way, Consolidated Credit will obtain consent.
